Autumn Moon Festival 2012

Hello everyone!

It’s that time of year again to celebrate the Autumn Moon Festival! The Autumn Moon Festival is celebrated the day when the moon is at its roundest and fullest. The round moon represents another prosperous and united year together as family and friends. Many Chinese families will get together, light sky lanterns, and eat traditional mooncakes while admiring the moon.

Location: Chattahoochee Elementary School
2930 Albion Farm Rd
Duluth, GA 30097

Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
This year’s festival will be held at Chattahoochee Elementary School. We will have many crafts, games, and stories, but of course we will also be serving delicious mooncakes and Chinese Cuisine. This year we also have a special activity: the kids will get to make lanterns and have their very own Autumn Moon Lantern Parade!

Dinner will be served from 5:00 – 6:00, and we ask for $5 per child and $10 per adult to cover the cost.

Can’t wait to see everyone there!
