Hand in Hand’s Chinese dance classes are held in the wonderful dance studios at the T.M. Culture & Arts Center. The class is taught by Atlanta Professional Dance Academy teacher Ms. Yu Xiaojie, and features both traditional and modern Chinese dance choreography.

Leotard, tights, and ballet flats are optional. Chinese fans and handkerchiefs are used occasionally in the class, and are available for purchase, but are not mandatory.

Many of Hand in Hand’s big sisters are dancers at the Atlanta Professional Dance Academy (APDA) and will be helping out with the class.
